How It All Started
We're proud to carry on a tradition that began in 1981, when Niki Neziri opened the first Niki’s Pizza in Austin. Niki, originally from Treviso, Italy, brought with him recipes passed down from his father. He started with one goal: to serve real New York–style pizza made with fresh ingredients and care.
Growing Niki’s Pizza
In 2010, Niki and I opened up our second location in Round Rock at 1205 Round Rock Ave #137. We wanted to bring great pizza to more people, including local students and families. Over time, this became more than just a restaurant—it also became a part of the community.

At Niki’s Pizza, everything is made fresh. The dough is mixed daily, the sauce is cooked in-house, and we’re always happy to make your order just the way you want it. This isn’t fast food—it’s family food, made the way it should be.
